On July 19th, Joe Leverone granted permission on behalf of Big Eyed Phish to host their recordings on the Live Music Archive:

Hello,

My name is Joe Leverone. I'm a good friend of the guys in the band
Big Eyed Phish, a Dave Matthews Tribute Band located in Rochester,
NY. I've been taping some of their lives shows recently, and have
gotten the okay from the band to request being put on Archive.org.
All of the recordings will be soundboards, and uploaded in FLAC by
myself. As for a statement to put along with the band's taping
policy, Brian the piano player told me that this would be okay:

Big Eyed Phish is completely taper friendly. Both audio recordings
and soundboard recordings are permitted, and we encourage the trading
of shows.

vbr mp3 streams are also cool by the band as well.

If you have any questions please feel free to let me know. Thanks
--
Joe Leverone
